I believe confidentiality is of the utmost importance and therefore do not participate directly in any managed care plans.

If you have an insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use it for my services.

While I will collect fees directly from you, I will be happy to provide you with any documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of services.
